Fresh Goan Modso Fish (Lemon Fish)

Modso (Lemon fish) is loved by every Goan also know as Black King Fish, it has very soft flesh having firm meat and excellent taste, great to fry or roast. This fish looks very similar to seer fish having in a single long elongated bone. It weighs from 2.2 kg to 40 kg. A delicious and versatile seafood option perfect for every culinary adventure, makes great curries or fries.
