Fresh Dyna/ Leather Skin Whole Fish (Leather Jacket)

Leather skin fish, also known as Dyna Fish in Goa, its very meaty & tasty fish. Amazingly tasty though once you process after removing the skin, the fish needs to be de-skinned before consuming. We de-skin this fish when cleaning it. This fish is prized for its mild flavor and versatility in cooking.
