Fresh Barracuda Whole Fish (Sheela Fish)

Our large Barracudas are super large & hard to find similar ones in the market. This one is a ferocious and hard to catch fish - has a slender, streamlined body offering characteristically soft flesh. It is snake-like in appearance, with prominent, sharp-edged, fang-like teeth, much like piranhas, all of different sizes, set in sockets of their large jaws. They have large, pointed heads with an under bite. Our barracuda is a powerfully flavored fish with a meaty but firm texture. Its deliciously large flakes and low-fat content make it an instant hit with fish lovers. Traditionally they are preferred for making preparations such as fish curry and fish fry.
